| Mapletree Publishing accepts manuscripts for review from authors, literary agents and other publishers. We are a traditional publisher and do not charge author fees of any kind.
The Submission Packet
We do not accept submissions via e-mail. Mapletree Publishing will accept submissions either electronically using our online submission form or mailed as hardcopy. Electronic submissions using our submission form are preferred.Project Proposals are our preferred submission. A project proposal is a brief description of your project that includes a complete synopsis or overview of the project, 3–4 representative chapters (they need not be sequential), a cover letter with complete contact information, and answers to questions asked either via our submission form or hardcopy information letter. (To print the hardcopy information letter, use our online submission form and click "Format for Printing" at the bottom of the page.) Electronic submissions must include all relevant documents as a single file for upload. We will accept files in most formats. If we have difficulty with the submitted file, we will contact you for additional information. Hardcopy submissions must be typed or printed using either Courier or Times New Roman (or a similar serif font), in 12pt type or similar, and double-spaced with at least 3/4 inch margins. Review Time Mapletree Publishing's editorial staff reviews submissions as quickly as they can. Please allow six (6) months for the review process. Query letters are generally reviewed in two (2) months. In rare circumstances reviews can take more time. If you have not heard from us in seven months concerning your project proposal or ten weeks concerning your query, please contact us to learn when your project has been scheduled.

Limitations
WindRiver Publishing will not accept works that contain gratuitous sex, violence, or profanity. Details concerning this policy can be seen by clicking this link. We will gladly answer any questions regarding this policy.
