Curfews and Teenagers

Whether it's the amount of sleep teenagers need, or the feeling that they need to be off the street and out of trouble, most parents of teenagers feel the need to establish some sort of curfew. But what kind of curfew is best for teenagers? How should curfews be set? What time is appropriate for a teenager? Should curfews be individualized? Should they be suggested or enforced?
