Amy KendallAmy Kendall is a single mother of three children, whom she homeschooled for seven years. Managing a household on her own has made it too hard to continue homeschooling as she had to go back to work and college to support her family. She now supplements her children's education after school and during the summer vacation months.

She began writing in 2004 when she woke up at 3:00 a.m. with a short story in her head. She stayed up all night writing it and has not stopped since. Amy has written for a few National LDS Homeschool Association publications and currently writes a weekly column on southern cooking at BellaOnline.com.
